Provisioning and Support during the SARS-CoV-2-Pandemic (VERSUS-Corona)

The project investigates the impact of the pandemic on configurations of provisioning in German, Swiss and Austrian households during March 2020 and June 2021. The multi-scalar framework explores the transformation of livelihoods and living conditions within the networks of everyday provisioning with the aim of analyzing the challenges that the pandemic poses especially for vulnerable and precarious people in household, intergenerational and neighbourhood relations.

The project is funded by and located at Goethe University Frankfurt, the Graduate Program Doing Transitions and the IfS. Furthermore, it is part of the research network “SoKu Corona” (Social and Cultural Science Research on Corona) at Goethe University Frankfurt.
