Biography

Doctorate in Cultural and Social Anthropology (University of Vienna), with study visits in Sociology (Lancaster) and Philosophy (Goethe University Frankfurt). Subsequently Post-doctoral Fellow of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, and Research Associate of the School of Humanitites and Social Sciences at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. Speaker of the “Anthropology of Economy Network” of the European Association for Social Anthropology and the Working Group on Economic Anthropology of the German Society for Cultural and Social Anthropology. Since 2017 affiliated with the Institute for Social Research, from 2020 through the VERSUS project.
